Justin Blaine is a Managing Director of Mentor Securities and The Mentor Group, Inc. His experience includes performing business and IP valuations, including Monte Carlo Simulation. These valuations have ranged from medical service firms to car dealerships….from Internet advertisers to construction companies…and from consumer goods to aerospace, and many more.
He has provided investment banking advisory for sales, buyside, and all forms of capital raising-debt, mezzanine and equity. Mr. Blaine has been involved with transactions for growth, asset spinoff, merger, acquisition, recapitalization, bridge financing, and restructuring. His expertise has also been applied to sports and entertainment clients.
Mr. Blaine joined The Mentor Group in 2007 and left to work at Morgan Stanley in 2008. Prior to his first start at the Mentor Group, he played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He was a sixth round draft choice from the University of San Diego.
